Verdun Windows And Doors

Extremely happy with the new windows. The whole process was great from selecting the windows (thanks Erin!) to the installation (thanks Jason and Ryan!). Everyone was professional and the install went really well. Looks great!

We spoke to our sales representative in the spring to have all 15 windows replaced in our home, including large casement windows and a front bow window. As the house was renovated on the inside, we did not want to disturb the decor. We agreed on a time this summer, and the professional team from Verdun supplied us with split-frame windows that perfectly fit and did not disturb the inside framing, and allowed us to re-install our blinds. The installers were excellent, getting the job done to our exacting specifications on time.
We also had a door from the garage to the house replaced, and this was done about 2 weeks later, equally professionally.
This company knows its business, and does an excellent job.

One large window installed and 1 front door and side window installed. The installers: Jason and Ryan, did a great job. They were efficient, fast and cleaned up the work site when done. They were also able to answer my many questions in a friendly manner.

The installation was done efficiently, and very professionally. They were careful to not dirty the carpet and floor and did a good job cleaning up afterward.

I was very satisfied with the result.

I love my new windows and sliding patio doors. Verdun provides a high quality product and expert installation at a reasonable price. The completed installation with new trim looks beautiful.

Verdun has always been are go to place for replacement windows and doors over the years. Just recently we had our patio door replaced and the workmanship and attention to detail from Jason and Ryan gave us a beautiful new look in our patio. Thank you once again Verdun for having a great product and great staff.

Very happy with our new windows from Verdun. Even though their arrival was delayed somewhat on the first day, the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new ones was performed over two days, as planned., by the very competent tandem of Luc and Eric. Aside from a very minor paint touch-up required on one wall and on two pieces of window trim moulding, we are very glad to have chosen Verdun for this project, from initial visit to final clean-up. Due to Verdun's busy manufacturing and installation schedules, please allow 8-10 weeks from initial order to installation.

I had 2 windows replaced. One was at very awkward height and location. The gentleman were fast, efficient, and had no issue. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased.

Verdun Windows and Doors as always are very professional and precise in their work. The two gentlemen who install the door did an excellent job and we discovered that they were from the same home town as my wife. I highly recommend VW&D if you are looking for a locally owned company you want them for your windows and doors.

Product is great, but service is severely lacking. Everyone we dealt with (office and installers) was rude and unhelpful. We were made to feel like we had done something wrong when they gave us the wrong installation time and then showed up late.
Also, beware that you cannot pay your final bill by credit card - this is something that should be explicitly told to customers. This is not something you leave to "the fine print that no one reads)." We were told to do an e-transfer and were left without a final receipt/proof of payment.
This company came highly recommended, but we were very disappointed in how we were treated. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend this company in good faith.
