SDF in Vars

My initial review was not a good one. I had left thorough details explaining why. I was extremely frustrated by the lack of communication on the company's part and the fact that nothing was getting done about the issues surrounding my installation. My original 1 star review was titled "review will change when issues are resolved". This is my update: Shortly after the review was posted I was contacted by Verdun and an appointment was set up to send our salesman back out to look into the issues we were experiencing. Mike was incredibly understanding and went the extra mile to ensure that these issues would be looked into. The door handle that we were waiting on will be installed this Thursday. Due to scheduling issues with my husband and myself our trim work is scheduled to be installed the first week of July and we are just waiting to hear back about having a few dents and chips filled. It's unfortunate that it had to come to a negative review in order to get things moving, but it seems like we just fell through the cracks and there was a complete communications breakdown. Mike did apologize for everything that happened to us and most definitely made sure that he didn't leave until photos were taken, notes were written and appointments had been set for us. This was one of the main reasons why we had chosen Verdun in the first place. We were expecting an amazing product and amazing customer service, which we are now receiving. I will say that our windows are absolutely beautiful. They are much bigger (we enlarged 3 windows) and brighter than our previous ones and incredibly easy to clean. I'm not about leaving bad reviews when a company is willing to take steps to rectify a bad situation. When the work is complete I will leave an update under this current review and if all goes well I will definitely give them 10 stars.
