i was worried, i have MS and the temperture was HOT, my disease makes me melt. not only did i get a new AC but i was provided with a temp until it could be installed.

We had our hot water heater replaced the gentleman (Andy Van Der Heyden) who did the work was excellent very helpful, was very efficient and did the job in record time. He then inquired about our outdated air conditioning unit and suggested the representative David McKerlie, who contacted us the same day.
Mr McKerlie was also very professional, sold us a conditioner which was installed the following day. The gentlemen who installed the unit were also very professional, very polite and also did the job in record time. We are extremely pleased with the service and quality of work we received.

I actually discovered this firm through Costco. The salesman was very helpful. The price was reasonable for a top of the line furnace. Their installation service was excellent. The job was done carefully and everything was cleaned up. It's also very good to know that all the warranties are backed by Costco.

Had an issue with my furnace. An appt. was made and the tech. came with a few hours. Gabriel was on time and quite pleasant.
I will have no problem recommending this company to my friends

Homestar are the installers for our local Costco so when we decided to buy a Lennox furnace from Costco, Leon came to the house to do the estimate. He was very good at explaining things and let me know what he thought we did and did not need. I especially appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on every component like their competition did. The furnace was installed on schedule with no problems and we are completely satisified.

So my air conditioning broke in the summer and I had call them because they were the one who installed it for me so i made a call and they came here just did their job they told me my electrical plug broke so they fixed it for me and voila it was fixed. They had great attitude and service. Deserves a 10!

Since we want to take advantage of the government rebate, so we shop around for a new air-conditioner for our home. The staff at Homestar provided us with great assistance in choosing a suitable air-conditioner for our home and with reasonable pricing (and not just simply trying to sell us the expensive units) and explained to us the advantage and difference of the units that are suitable to our home. Their staff did came to our home on time to install the new unit and we are happy with their service.
