The installation of my new furnace & humidifier (106224 ) was well done. The techs cleaned up after themselves and laid down carpet so they didnt drag dirt into the house, as they went back and forth from their van. The units they installed have been working flawlessly for 2 weeks now and the house is much better heated than my prior unit. I was happy dealing with the sales rep, Cormac, as well. He was knowledgeable and responsive. Homestar Heating work directly with Costco so they r also endorsed by them. Time will tell, but for now, they delivered on what they said they would do.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with this company. Their staff, from sales to installation to post-purchase customer service has been spectacular. We came from an ancient, not usable AC machine to a new energy saving one. Now, our AC is working perfectly. We had even chosen to upgrade to a new smart thermostat after this installation and it was an easy and quick setup. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking to have your AC replaced.
