An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Denis, you won't remember me but your crew installed a new skylight in my husband's office on Duplex Avenue when the previous 15 year old skylight (NOT installed by you) failed. That was last January and I was worried when we got that terrific rain storm back in August as well as with the weight from the Great Toronto Ice Storm and the ernormous snow loads we've had since then. But it's been FLAWLESS and I couldn't be happier. I'm not the least bit surprised you've won the HomeStars "Best of 13" Award for the 5th year in a row. Certainly deserved. Keep up the good work.
