The two man crew [sorry – forget the names] arrived as arranged with the basket and chipper. Despite working under adverse conditions [a hysterical neighbour called the police to complain], the tree pruning and clean-up was completed with first class professionalism. Both men were highly knowledgeable and I would be pleased to recommend this tree service. This is the one that we will call for our next job.

We called Glenwood in desperation when we had a large tree come down during a recent windstorm which was in danger of damaging a neighbour's property. Our regular tree service was unavailable due to illness. Chris from Glenwood arrived promptly to provide us with a written estimate and the office staff kept us informed of the scheduled date for removal of the 2 trees. Steve and Chris arrived promptly as scheduled and took down the 2 trees in record time, doing a great job of cleaning up the usual debris from such a job. We were impressed to see the care and attention paid first and foremost to crew safety as the trees were quite tall and also with the care of and respect for our property as our home, several landscape lights, and irrigation system sprinkler heads, were in close proximity to the trees. Steve and Chris were polite, respectful, and most courteous. We are very appreciative that Glenwood responded as quickly as they could to our request even though we were a new customer. Several other companies that we contacted did not even bother to call us back. It is heartwarming to see that good customer service does exist! The crew was excellent, very competent, efficient and personable. They were very professional, clean and quick. This is the second time I have used their services and would highly recommend them.

They came earlier than expected, which was good. Took away all branches and then some that had come off one of our trees.
They were fast, friendly and efficient!

Steve, the owner, gave us great advice on which trees needed to be removed (due to unstable and unsafe condition), and on how to keep other trees healthy. The crew arrived on schedule, and it was evident that they were very skilled in their work. Luke, T.J., and Myles were extremely careful working in our large flower garden, and absolutely nothing was disturbed. They were so very respectful of our property, and they completed a very thorough cleanup. It was a pleasure to talk to these young men as well, as they shared their knowledge of trees with us. The whole experience was everything we could have hoped for, and we would call Glenwood first in the future should we need more help with our trees. It was especially reassuring when Steve first came to see us. There were some trees that had suffered badly from the record drought and heat this summer, but Steve was careful to identify the trees that could not be saved, as well as those that should recover eventually. When the two trees were taken down, they were obviously in extremely bad condition as many branches simply shattered. We still have a yard full of trees that, with a little care and a return to normal rainfall, should continue to beautify the property for years to come. Steve is very experienced and honest. On the arranged date Luke appeared to trim our spruce tree. He was friendly, courteous and professional. We had asked input of which branches to trim back other than the ones we had intended for him to trim.His helpful suggestions made the tree look nicer than we thought. Impeccable cleanup of the yard. Job well done at a reasonable cost. Would recommend your service to anyone.

1 birch, 2 pine,1 spruce 2 locusts and 1 cherry were trimmed and deadwood removed...neiighbours' overhanging branches were removed.All debris was cleaned up and left immaculate.I was very pleased with the prompt service providing estimate and arriving as scheduled...I was introduced to the workmen who were polite, cooperative ,congenial, very clean and well dressed .It was a pleasure to have them improve the appearance of my property.

I have used Glenwood Tree Service several times over the years. They are very knowledgeable, their prices are reasonable and the quality of the work excellent. I always trust their work, and that is important when you are dealing with large trees on a suburban lot.

Glenwood Tree services help with the process from beginning to end. They were able to help facilitate the permit process with the city and were very timely in getting the job scheduled once the necessary permits were acquired. The crew was very efficient at taking down the tree in our yard and containing it to our backyard. They also did a fantastic cleaning up afterwards.
