We called Glenwood in desperation when we had a large tree come down during a recent windstorm which was in danger of damaging a neighbour's property. Our regular tree service was unavailable due to illness. Chris from Glenwood arrived promptly to provide us with a written estimate and the office staff kept us informed of the scheduled date for removal of the 2 trees. Steve and Chris arrived promptly as scheduled and took down the 2 trees in record time, doing a great job of cleaning up the usual debris from such a job. We were impressed to see the care and attention paid first and foremost to crew safety as the trees were quite tall and also with the care of and respect for our property as our home, several landscape lights, and irrigation system sprinkler heads, were in close proximity to the trees. Steve and Chris were polite, respectful, and most courteous. We are very appreciative that Glenwood responded as quickly as they could to our request even though we were a new customer. Several other companies that we contacted did not even bother to call us back. It is heartwarming to see that good customer service does exist!
