Beautiful A/C unit. It also warms the house in the winter when we need extra heat. Very happy the way it operates. It has a lot of features to choose from. A/C unit is very powerful it cools all three rooms in the our floor.

Great service on our second time using NovelCare, The installation off our new furnace, ac and tankless water heater were very professional and left our home in mint condition. Thanks guys highly recommended.

For whatever reason my combi boiler was not igniting and therefore I had no heat. I called and they managed to have someone come out to my house and look at it within just a couple of hours.
The technician's name was Ed. He was friendly and got down to business right away. I have heat ?
I have dealt with Novel Care now for many years for my boiler , hot water tanks etc and they are always very reactive and professional. I have never been disappointed with the level of service.

These folks were recommended to me by a friend. They did what they said and at the cost quoted. Very professional installation and they took the time to tell me what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

We had a service calI to inspect a pretty old furnace, and I was initially concerned that they might to try to push the idea of purchasing a new furnace, but that did not happen. Instead we were fortunate to have Wayne do the inspection! Sure there was room for more efficiency from the old furnace, but he also pointed out just how well our old furnace was working. He provided a lot of key pointers for us, so that we can continue to have a warm home!
When it is time to retire the old furnace, I know who to call - Novel Care - and more specifically - Wayne.

I don't think I've ever received such considerate service from a company! Initially, my furnace problem was tricky to identify. Ash came to help me after there office had closed for the day to investigate and lined up Ed to fix the problem. Ed explained everything to me in great detail and the price came out far lower than what I'd anticipated. I'd recommend Novel care! to anyone who wants excellent customer service. Very impressed.

both the installers Ryan and Raymond were so professional and nice. I actually called the rep Andrew to replace my A/C in my home less then 1 week later, that's how pleased i was with the cost, the service and the equipment. I would highly recommend Novel Care Inc to anyone.

Ryan and Raymond installed two ductless air conditioners for us today. They did an amazing job. The electrical service had to come from the opposite side of the house and they managed to do this totally concealed. Magic! The install of the units was very clean, neat and well organized. These guys were very professional and courteous. Good job!

Just had NovelCare install a new Mitsubishi multi zone ductless system , they went above and beyond to not only ensure a quality installation but found multiple existing safety issues with our boiler system that needed to be corrected.

Kevin and took there time to show me the problems as he found them and thoroughly explained why they needed to be corrected.

Chris and Manual just replaced my boiler and install a ductless air conditioner, I am totally pleased with the job they did. Both men were polite, friendly and efficient. I had my new tank successfully installed within a day. They both took the time to explain the procedure along the way so I knew what to expect. The cost was what I had been quoted...no extra fees.
