I have been using all services of Ram Cleaning for many years now, Leon for carpets, Joseph for furnace and Jennifer in the office. The company is very professional! I will continue to recommend Ram to my family and friends for a job always very well done! They are the best!

The maids arrived at the time scheduled. They were very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my house. The cleaning was higher than my expectations. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We contracted Ram services to complete exterior window cleaning for our townhouse complex. They were prompt in responding to request for quote on window cleaning. The pricing was slightly lower than what other similar companies quoted. Arranging the actual cleaning was flexible and easy. Window cleaners were out early on the scheduled date and completed all exterior windows in a timely manner. We would use Ram again for any exterior window cleaning requirements as they are professional and reliable.

Very satisfied with the work that Damir did in making our carpets look new. He arrived on time and seemed happy to handle the task at hand. With 2 dogs, 3 adults and 3 children living in the home, he had his work cut out for him. Completed the job in timely fashion and we would definitely have Ram Services out again!

This company is very inconsistent and unreliable. I am a landlord, with several properties, one company owned. Over the last decade, they have missed several appointments, been more than half a day late for other services, and failed to follow thru with contracted services. They generally do not deal with or respond to legitimate written complaints. Last summer the RAM technician, told me that one of 2 high efficiency furnaces did not need servicing-- BUT, it stop working during the winter, because the ignition sensor was fouled, as were some tubing within the furnace. This same Ram technician had stated that there was very little to service in high efficiency furnaces. Over the years, I have noted that the quality of service provided by Ram, is very inconsistent, both by the office staff and field technicians.

We will never recommend Ram, and we are making a complaint to the BBB of Calgary. We hired Ram Cleaning because they were recommended to us. I booked them for five hours for a move-in clean, paying extra for washing walls, fridge, stove (in addition to the regulars, like floors, windows, lightswitches, bathrooms, etc...). They arrived at around 9:15am, and I went out to run errands (promising to be back at before 1 pm in case they finished early). I received a text message at 11:45 stating that the maids were finished and had left. When I arrived back at my home, very little had been cleaned. There were water stains running down all the walls, the lightswitches were covered in dirt, the floors still had mud on them, and the carpet still had accumulated dirt (i.e. from under the furniture of the former owners) all over the place. White powder/residue covered everything in the house. The oven and the fridge were not cleaned at all. They left me a bill for $400. That's when I noticed they broke the door on my shower stall. After several calls to Ram Cleaning where we were treated exceptionally rudely ("what do you want us to do about it"), they finally sent over a manager. He arrived and tried to up-sell us on hardwood cleaning. We showed him the damage and the extent of the filth that Ram Cleaners had neglected. He said they would call us on Monday. We never received a call; they refuse to take our calls. We asked if they could just finish the job we paid for - they refused (unless we paid again for the same job). We asked for the damages to be covered - they refused. Neither my wife, nor I, ever lost our tempers. As I said before, we will be contacting the BBB of Calgary. Save yourself the headache and use another company - any other company - for whatever you need. They do not stand behind their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" that is plastered all over their ads and trucks.

Called to have someone come out to clean the ducts and funace. 1st technician had an accident and had to have another technician come from off duty. A couple hours later, but still that day they checked the house (vents, water tank, furnace) and let me know that everything was very clean from the last cleaning 2 years ago! Thanks for being honest and not wasting time to let me know. I will call again without a doubt. Have used Ram for over 12 years for the 3 homes I've lived in and they've always taken care of things and cleaned up after every job. Prices usually seemed competative as well.

I hired Ram to clean my carpets on a house I was moving into. The price was competitive as was the service. They even got out a dark stain in the master bedroom. I would certainly hire again in Calgary.

Paid to have our chimney Cleaned, went to use the fireplace, and our house filled with smoke....chimney was filled with hay. It was never cleaned. Still waiting for someone to get back to us.Been on hold several times. They say SATISFACTION GUARANTY, Not Happy. Calling Better Business

I use Ram for my rental properties. Prices are good as is their service. I have even hired them for some move outs for really filthy tennants. Ram is reliable a I recommend them to landlords.
