69%
This is the average rating based on homeowner reviews.
This indicates how long it's been since the last review.
Low reputation means there has been review tampering or a company request to remove a review. This score is also impacted when we do not have enough information i.e: low number of reviews.
How well a company responds to Service Requests and Reviews.
Well they are our appliance guys, they know their stuff. The guys have a great quick response time for any inquiry that I've called in which is great, a lot of companies don't do that anymore. They've fixed many things in our apartment, Thank You.
I needed my Kenmore dryer repaired and this company did a FANTASTIC job.
They arrived when they said they would. Diagnosis was done promptly and they had the part in the truck. Labor and parts were under $200.
i would highly recommend using this company.
After using Sears for years, I finally decided to try another company when my Kitchenaid range needed repair. I called Ohms and their service both in terms of promptness and cost was first class. I won' hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a repair. Compared to Sears and other companies I have used in the past they are in a different class.
We first called them when our furnace stopped working and have subsequently called them to fix our hot water heater. We have always found them to be friendly and honest and arrive during the scheduled appointment time. Their repairman has always been great at explaining the issue and what is required to fix it. I have even been shown the part that burnt out (a fan motor) and the comparison to the new one. I have never had them push products on me although we have discussed our options for replacing our furnace and hot water heater in the future. I don't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
Our refrigerator died in a summer heatwave, they came in repaired a section of tubing and we were up and running. These guys are no-nonsense straight forward people. Highly recommend. Called them a few years later when the refrigerator was getting older & died again. This time it was more serious. They said it would be too expensive to fix. Since they didn't sell refrigerators, I bought a new one from Sears and Ohms offered me money for my old one.
