We initially met with Mike Galt who helped educate me on why he recommended the work in his quote. He gave me the knowledge to make my own decision on what work was important to me to have done. The crew showed up on time and worked through 2 days to complete my roof ahead of the estimated time they quoted. The job was done on budget with no surprises. The follow up by Dave Dunkel was great making sure that I was completely satisfied by the work. The customer service in scheduling the work by Dejana was amazing. She answered all of my questions and got back to me with any information I needed immediately. The entire team made me feel like my roof was the only priority they had. The crew that installed the roof treated my house as if it was their own. The entire team cleaned up any mess that was created.
