I just had a new furnace installed by HOGG and I couldn't be happier by the overall experience. The technician initially came out to diagnose my issue and he did a great job explaining what was wrong. I then met with Scott, the sales rep and he gave me multiple options. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need and he let us choose what worked best for our family. The technicians installing the furnace were very professional and they made sure every detail was covered before they left. Kory, the service manager followed up during the install to see how things were going and Scott followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the install. They treated me with respect and wanted to make sure I was happy with the overall experience. I would highly recommend HOGG for any Furnace or AC work that you need done.

We just had The Roofman replace our roof and give our attic an overhaul. Their team exceeded our expectations. We initially met with Mike Galt who helped educate me on why he recommended the work in his quote. He gave me the knowledge to make my own decision on what work was important to me to have done. The crew showed up on time and worked through 2 days to complete my roof ahead of the estimated time they quoted. The job was done on budget with no surprises. The follow up by Dave Dunkel was great making sure that I was completely satisfied by the work. The customer service in scheduling the work by Dejana was amazing. She answered all of my questions and got back to me with any information I needed immediately. The entire team made me feel like my roof was the only priority they had. The crew that installed the roof treated my house as if it was their own. The entire team cleaned up any mess that was created. From our initial meeting with Rick, we knew he was the right contractor to finish our basement. He came highly recommended from our friends and we loved the job he did on their basements. He came to our house for an initial meeting and listened to our needs. Rick was very professional. He prepared a quote with a few options which really captured the vision of what we were looking for. It was important to us to have someone work in our home that we could trust. Rick’s team treated our house as if it was their own. The crew arrived every morning prior to us leaving for work so we could quickly brief on the days upcoming work and make decisions if needed. They had cleaned up and were out of our house before we got home which allowed us to have our privacy. The entire experience was not intrusive at all, which was important to us since we have young children. The workmanship was impeccable! I was very impressed with the attention to detail that was given to the entire project. The work started on time and was completed on time and on budget as quoted. We got exactly what we agreed to for the price agreed to pay. There were no surprises. We would give Rick and his team an 11 out of 10 if the rating allowed us to go that high.
