Thought that I had got a raw deal from Parkwood, but later an expert visited my home and was very impressed at the quality of workmanship.
The minor things which were mostly fixed by Parkwood, led me to believe otherwise.
Now after staying at this home for about 15 months, I am happy with their product!!!

We have looked into your home and can see that we have attempted on a number of occasions to book appointments to fix the two outstanding issues, but we have not received a response on a time that suits your schedule. We understand it can be frustrating to stay home to get the issues fixed and we would like to make arrangements with you to make this as easy as possible for you so you don’t have to stay home.
