My humidifer was down due to negligence on my part. And my furnace was also past due for a check-up, so based on HomeStars recommendations I called Renato. As I expected from his high rating on HomeStars, he was swamped with work, and couldn't book an appointment for at least 2 weeks - but he kept me in mind and then called me to say he had other work in my area - on SUNDAY! - and could get my job done too. He could have stuck to the original "2 weeks later" agreement - so I felt that this Sunday service was amazing customer service right there.
I really appreciated his ability to communicate - he called that he was running late, and he turned up at exactly the agreed later time. (Remember, this was Sunday, which was above and beyond to begin with.)
He always aims to repair rather than replace.
He shows and explains any parts you may need replaced.
He is fast at getting the work done, very efficient and clean.
Technically, he knows what he's doing and it shows.
His costs are very reasonable.
So glad I found him through HomeStars - I've suffered a long streak of bad luck with incompetent and some dishonest furnace/AC people - Renato is a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend him. 10 is not high enough for him!
