Pesticon Pest Control

I thought I saw a Cockroach in our basement so I went onto Homestars and found Pesticon. Waheed was professional and very knowledgable about all kinds of insects and gave me a real education! He told me my options and explained that his special mix of spray would not harm myself, my family or my pet, which I really appreciated. His service was more expensive than I thought it would be but because he made me feel safe, secure and that not only could I trust him but that I could call him ANY time with questions or concerns, I think it was well worth it.

I had one cockroach. I called Pesticon and they were at my door the same day. When I thought I might have seen one more cockroach, Waheed Ahmed came out to my house to redo the service on his way out for his vacation. Extremely responsible and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

They didn't charge me anything for the follow up call.

we came across pesticon when we are looking for teh bed bugs exterminator we found them very professional ,efficent and reliable. We definately recommend their services to friends and family.

I found Pesticon pleasant, professional and punctual. Furthermore, he is honest...when he realized how small my place was he reduced the price to be commensurate with the amount of time he would have to spend. He also provides a 6 month guarantee. He is a small businessperson who is keeping his eye on providing a good service, I would recommend him.

Waheed Ahmed is punctual, professional and very efficient -- his service is the real deal. We had another pest company trying to get rid of rat noises in our walls for almost a year. Waheed got rid of them in 2 weeks. I would recommend his company to any friends immediately and without any hesitation.

Late last night, I saw a mouse zip across the floor of my baby son's bedroom as I was feeding him. You can imagine my horror. It zipped into our bedroom and my husband and I spent the next hour chasing it around the room. We caught it and put it outside.
First thing the next morning I called Pesticon. Waheed came right down and did a thorough inspection of the house and concluded that we did not have an infestation but rather it was likely a sole one-off mouse. At that point, he let me know that he would be happy to turn around and go home or that he could put down traps anyway just in case. I believe what he said was "I will be happy to do the work but I will be just as happy if you decide you don't need it" - he was not pushy at all. In the end, I decided to have him put the traps down because with a new baby, I want peace of mind. He placed them all over the house and gave me instructions as to when to remove them. He also inserted some poison into a crack in the wall where the mouse might have entered. I believe that any exterminator could do what he did but I do not believe every exterminator would be as honest and courteous and professional as he was. I really appreciate his integrity. They showed up the same day I called, and took care of our squirrel problem immediately. It's been weeks now and the critters have NOT returned. No animals were harmed, and the house is secure.

It's a pleasure to post a review of Pesticon. We called the company to help with a bedbug problem. As you can imagine, we were horrified to have discovered this notorious pest. Mr. Ahmed was great to deal with. He's knowledgeable, punctual, honest, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. Our problem disappeared after the first of his two visits. After his second visit, Mr. Ahmed followed up to make sure our problem was solved. And 2 months on, there's no reappearance of the bedbugs.

Interestingly, I had introduced Mr. Ahmed to our neighbours. They didn't have bedbugs, but when I told them we did, they were anxious to give Mr. Ahmed money to spray "pre-emptively". It would have been easy for him to have taken their money, but instead he waved them off, telling them they shouldn't spray unless they have a problem...
