Totally professional in all respects. Sleek new window fitted seamlessly in an awkward location. Workmen were friendly, repaired some sloppy work left by others and cleaned up every speck both inside and out. Seeing Leroy again was a happy reunion. Years ago, maybe as long as 15, Leroy was our go-to service guy whenever an appliance was acting up. Sadly, he no longer was available for this work as he transitioned to Heating and Air Conditioning. When he responded quickly to my HomeStars bid call to solve an issue with my natural gas fireplace, I recognized his voice and hired him on the spot. Happy to say, he is as reliable and competent in his new role as he was before. My problem was diagnosed and fixed within minutes, all at a reasonable cost. You can't go wrong with this man. Michael

Quick response to a serious situation to replace a dangling eaves that posed a threat to people walking underneath and just before a rain storm was about to hit. Not only that, but the cost was considerably less than competitors. And both the owner and the crew were friendly, helpful and solicitous. Could not have asked for more.
