Your-Locksmith

Very good service, approachable employees and they work really hard. When they came into my house to check my Door lock, they where really polite and early. They fixed my Lock within a minute and all was good .

Yesterday I lost my mailbox key along with my house keys, so luckily I had copies for the other keys, but not for the mailbox lock...
So I called Your-Locksmith.com and in less than 1 hour I had a new key for my mailbox AND they rekeyed my locks too! Thanks guys!

After trying to postpone what I needed to do 3 months ago when I just moved into my new home in Chicago, some low life beats me to it and try to break into my home, while I was in it!
I heard a key going into my front door lock, which is right next to my living room, so I shouted "who is it?" and I hear somebody running, so I ran to the door and saw a short guy running away.
So that's when I came to my senses and called a locksmith, after looking on the scary reviews of locksmiths, I found out that the only locksmith that had a license out of ten different companies that I called, was Your-Locksmith.com company. On top of that, they had stellar reviews all over the map.
So I called them and asked if they could come this week and replace my locks – their answer was “what about today?” it just doesn’t get any better than that.
Once the locksmith got here, they heard my story and told me that I don’t need to replace the locks and that a rekey will prevent anyone who has the old key from opening my locks, thus saving me a lump sum of money…

The guy was polite, professional and very friendly, all I can say is that I really appreciate the effort to make me feel secure in a prompt manner – Thank You Your-Locksmith.com !
