I would never do business with this company again. Their customer service is terrible. They continue to ammend my contract without my signature or permission. They do NOT do what they agree to and they have raised my contracted rate even though they charged me $50 to keep my rate the same. They will not return my phone calls about questions regarding my account and treat me like I am harrassing them even though they keep taking money out of my account without me knowing.
To make the situation worse, we moved some of our equipment around in our study where the alarm is hooked up and accidently connected the phone line to the wrong jack in our modem. I called the company because I couldn't figure out why the system wasn't working and they sent out a tech. The guy came over and switched the phone jacks to the proper order then the company sent us a bill for over $100. I called the company to ask why they had charged so much to plug in a phone jack and was told that the tech "logged that he had been at our house for over an hour trying to diagnose the problem". He was there less than 10 minutes.
The service is ridiculous! Consumers beware. I am reporting them to the BBB.
