Bill Bassels went above and beyond for the very simple work that needed to be done on our chimney.
We had been told countless times over the years from contractors that we would need a rebuild. Contractors came to view our chimney, from the ground. We asked for quotes on a rebuild and they gave us quotes.
No one, however, went up onto the roof and no one said we did not need a rebuild.
Except for Bill. He went up on the roof with his associate and determined our needs.
Bill, a very pleasant man and efficient contractor told us, when he came to see our problem, that our bricks were fine, no rebuild was necessary, and basically, he could easily fix the problem that was with the liner and flashing and caulking on the cap.
Bill saved us an enormous amount of money, completed the work neatly and effectively and we would not hesitate to use his services again!
