We have used Mega City services for about 10 years. They have installed a new furnace, air conditioner and a tankless water system for us and we have been more than pleased with the customer service and technicians. Last year we had a glitch in our heating on a very cold winter night. A technician came to adjust a minor problem, fixed it in no time and we have had no issues since. Mega City is a small company that pays attention to customer satisfaction and does quality work, efficiently and with affordability. We like that in a contractor.

We've had water coming into our laundry room whenever there was an intense rainstorm from the east, hitting the back of our house and saturating the wall. Water in this winter has been wicked and it was time to address the small (we thought) crack in the back wall. The search for a good contractor led us to Jamie and RCC. He came and assessed and told us the crack was from faulty basement window installation years ago, cracks just get bigger and worse over time. Price he gave us was fine and timeline fit with our summer plans. We were so impressed with the crew of two who came at 9:45 a.m. one warm morn in August and who were finished by 12:45 p.m. They moved away patio stones from the area to be dug (over 6 feet) for waterproofing and wall restoration, etc. All dirt was collected in a big heap on a tarp. All work was done and completed in short order. It was as if they had never been, no mess anywhere on our property. Excellent! And to date, no more water inside. What a relief! We would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Good workers, professional team, website. Contractors you can trust.

Bill Bassels went above and beyond for the very simple work that needed to be done on our chimney. We had been told countless times over the years from contractors that we would need a rebuild. Contractors came to view our chimney, from the ground. We asked for quotes on a rebuild and they gave us quotes. No one, however, went up onto the roof and no one said we did not need a rebuild. Except for Bill. He went up on the roof with his associate and determined our needs. Bill, a very pleasant man and efficient contractor told us, when he came to see our problem, that our bricks were fine, no rebuild was necessary, and basically, he could easily fix the problem that was with the liner and flashing and caulking on the cap. Bill saved us an enormous amount of money, completed the work neatly and effectively and we would not hesitate to use his services again!
