I recently had a very bad experience with Sears Canada. I purchased a dishwasher in the Promenade Store at the end of December. It never really got the dishes clean so I arranged for a service agent to come and look at it. He blamed it on us the way we were loading the dishwasher and wanted to charge us for the service call. The problem never got resolved so again I called for a repair agent to come out. He told me that there was a problem with the motor and would order new parts. He promised to be back to fix the dishwasher. When the third agent came out he didn't have the parts to fix it and again I am waiting for the fourth service call. AT this point I was told no one can come because the parts are on back order.T his is a brand new Kenmore product that's hardly been used. I am very disappointed at the poor service I've been given. Our family has been a loyal customer of Sears for many years but would reconsider every buying anything of value there again.
THE ACTUALLY PAINTING JOB ITSELF WAS OK, HOWEVER THEY LEFT PAINT ON THE CARPETS IN EACH ROOM ON ON SOME OF THE FURNITURE. THE CROWN MOLDING INSTALLATION WAS VERY POORLY DONE; SEAMS WERE INSTALLED IN THE MOST OBVIOUS PLACES AND THE JOINS WERE TERRIBLE. WE HAD THEM COME BACK TO RECTIFY WHICH WAS NOT EVEN DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. SOME OF THE PAINTERS WERE ALSO DRINKING ON THE JOB; WE UNDERSTAND THESE INDIVIDUALS WERE LET GO AS A RESULT OF THE WORK DONE.
Bought this washing machine for my father. He hadn't bought a new washing machine in 15 years. He is very satisfied with the operation and features of this machine. it is very easy to operate this machine which is a necessity for older people who have difficulty with technology.
it was a great idea to searce for all the staff we needed such as tiles cabinets lights and foucet we took the idea to davidov kitchen who made our kitchen a master pice now its pleasure to be at home cooking
We spent a almost a year looking for an upright freezer, they were all so expensive. Sears ended up giving us a very good price, and we chose the frost free model, (a little extra cost but well worth it!)
They delivered it on time and took it all the way to the basement and set it up.
Bought a sdide by side fridge and felt it didn't suit my needs. Returned it 6 months later and was shown a model that has been ideal. The fridge was taken back with a small reduction after 6 months. The new fridge was on sale and bought during scratch days withy an additional discount. Sears wants a happy customer.
