From the second Dan showed up we knew we had choosen the right man for the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous and very helpful. You couldn't ask for anymore. Dan's the Man. Ask for him by name. We did, and we were not disappointed. You won't be either. :)

We called Reliable based on Homestars rating. The technician arrived on time, and cleaned two very dirty couches. More than exceeded expectations. He was very professional and courteous. We will use them again.

We had a situation where there was a lot of blood in a hallway in our house. We made an appointment with Reliable. They showed up right on time and did a terrific job cleaning out the stains. Their representative Sandro was very polite and professional. I was extremely impressed by the service.

I called RCC to clean my 4 seater sectional that was in pretty rough shape. I've actually been contemplating getting a new one. I figured I would get it professionally cleaned first, to see if I can hold off buying something new. RCC was able to send out Dan within 3 days. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. I was impressed that he used drop cloths around the sectional and he was very mindful of my hardwood floors. My sectional has a lot of parts (numerous cushions and removable seats), and Dan was extremely thorough, deep cleaning every square inch of fabric. My sectional looks and smells brand new!!! I plan on using Reliable Carpet Care (specifically Dan), again next year. Thanks guys!

Caring, friendly, courteous, thorough and just an overall wonderful job from start to finish. Dan knows his fabrics better than a tailor! He cares about what he does and the quality of the job so when he leaves, you are very happy.

Fast and excellent. Will use them again. Dan was great and knowledgeable - taught us about what products we should be using to clean up spills and that we were using products that were likely to set the stains in. Renewed our bedroom carpets so we no longer feel like we should replace them.

I choose Reliable Carpet bacause on their on-line excellent rating. The receptionist was flexible about the pickup and delivery times. They asked me take a photo of the manufactures label and carpet to send to them and an estimate was established. I found the quote was reasonable. The quote did not change on delivery. Two friendly guys took the carpet away and with days, the same guys returned the carpet..looking like new! I would not hesitate to use them again or reccommend them to anyone!
