Our beige sectional sofa had become quite dull, grubby with a couple of food stains on it. We were skeptical as to whether it could be cleaned or if we should invest in a new one. We definitely made the right choice in going with the cleaning, thanks to the great job from Dan at Reliable. The sofa looks brand new. Dan also sanitized the sofa when he noticed we had a dog, and cleaned the ottoman also - both of which were not in the original quote and not additionally charged for. Great job, friendly service, highly recommended. I just regret not doing before and after photos...

Dan cleaned my wall-to-wall carpet and my light coloured couch, which showed many stains and evidence of use! He was there on time, was very professional and both the carpet and the couch look great. Excellent service!

A great and easy experience from start to finish. Dan arrived on time and was happy to tackle our soiled and badly stained sofa. He said he would do his best and has far exceeded our expectations. Our 12 year old sofa looks almost new, and our carpet/rugs look fantastic. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

When our usual carpet cleaner left the business, I contacted Reliable. Two technicians arrived to clean two floors of carpets and stairs in our house. Since the carpets are light coloured, before they started I cautioned that some years before another cleaning company had left brown water stains on several areas of the carpet. The guys assured me they were experienced and would not let that happen.

While the basement and upstairs carpeting dried nicely, most of the stairs on two flights (each a different type of carpet) dried with brown water stains. When I called Reliable the following day, I was told the fellows would return the next week to fix them. Two weeks later we still had not had a call back or return visit and, since we had a party coming up, I had to spend an hour rewetting, brushing and drying the stairs myself. The week after that, Lindsay from Reliable's office called to apologize and offered to reimburse us for the cost of the cleaning. We appreciated her concern and the offer of a complimentary cleaning.

I had been cleaning our 15 year old carpet with a small , inexpensive unit for years and thought I did well. I decided to have Reliable come in. Dan did an excellent job reviving our carpet much better than my do-it-yourself method. Thank You!

We had Reliable in to give our living room couch a refresh and also to clean the basement broadloom, which had suffered under the onslaught of an old, rather barfy cat. Great results on both. Highly recommended!

Steven, Lindsay and the entire crew at Reliable were knowledgeable, courteous and very progressional. They expertly cleaned some wall-to-wall carpeting and did a remarkable job at cleaning and repairing several older fine rugs. I was thrilled with the results. Would definitely use them again!

After several do it yourself attempts our furniture was looking a bit desperate. As a last resort we contacted Reliable Carpet & Upholstery to see if they could clean our couch and chair. Sandro arrived on time looked over the job to be done and indicated he should be able to bring it back. Bring it back he did both the couch and chair look amazing and the work far exceeded our expectations. Many thanks!!!
