I called RCC to clean my 4 seater sectional that was in pretty rough shape. I've actually been contemplating getting a new one. I figured I would get it professionally cleaned first, to see if I can hold off buying something new. RCC was able to send out Dan within 3 days. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. I was impressed that he used drop cloths around the sectional and he was very mindful of my hardwood floors. My sectional has a lot of parts (numerous cushions and removable seats), and Dan was extremely thorough, deep cleaning every square inch of fabric. My sectional looks and smells brand new!!! I plan on using Reliable Carpet Care (specifically Dan), again next year. Thanks guys!
