Rcc Waterproofing

We had several cracks in our poured concrete foundation. Previous repair efforts by another company failed over time and as water started seeping in, we called RCC. Jeffery our consultant was knowledgeable, very professional and explained the options to address the issue. The work was scheduled to be completed in a reasonable time frame, but RCC offered the opportunity to do it sooner when a cancellation came up. Everything was completed in the estimated time and the interior solution addressed the problem. We subsequently moved and contacted Jeffery again about a leak in the basement at our new residence. I'm pleased to say Jeffery has been as professional as always and we will be having RCC complete this repair as well.

From the first phone call to the end of the work day everything was exactly as planned and expected, thorough and excellent. Many thanks to the staff and the work crew for their professionalism and making this job a pleasure.
The only surprise: finding 2 pop bottles from the 1950’s and a tin elbow with a root growing through it beneath the massive tree roots.

Had a minor leak in finished basement of townhouse. Contacted RCC and received a call back the same week, job booked for less than 2 weeks later.

The crew arrived on time, placed tarps throughout the house as they had to walk through house to get to backyard.
Work completed professionally, received pictures of crack and repairs and the crew left virtually no mess in our house.

It experience some leaking in the basement caused by a crack in our foundation wall. I found RCC online, read their reviews and asked them to quote me. Mauro was great. Came in checked the area that was leaking and then confirmed that no other areas of the house were cracked. We ended up only needing to repair a 5' area. He told me everything they were going to do and they came, finished it with no surprises. I'm glad it's done, we can now get the basement back to normal. Thank you

I am very pleased with RCC Waterproofing. Daniel came out and promptly did an onsite estimate. He explained every detail in plain language that made sense. He took the time to explain both available options for my situation, and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. Chris was the technician who came out to do the work of the interior crack repair. On the day of service, he worked efficiently and professionally, and left my place as clean as he found it. Seeing as he had to fix the screw up of another company, he did a fantastic job with the absolute minimal amount of damage. Great value for the money. Nothing beats the peace of mind knowing something is done properly. I would highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs.

RCC was highly recommended to me by a friend in the concrete industry. Nader was the sales rep sent to my home, he was very professional and a pleasant to deal with. He explained to me the different options and his recommendation. I quickly received a quote by Nader. Once I decided to proceed, Veronica in customer service got the ball rolling and as promised, within approximately two weeks I was contacted by RCC with the start date. The two injection repairs were completed on the promised date. On the promised day for the repair outside I was contacted by Joey who assured me that photos would be provided throughout each step which he did. Although repairs are only visible above grade, the photos taken below grade revealed a substantial crack which Joey and his co- worker repaired with an assurance of a 50 year warranty. A great job with the clean up too - no evidence of a dig done at all. It was a pleasure dealing with Rita during final payment. I would definitely recommend RCC without hesitation. Thank you.

Kurt came to give an estimate of the work that needed to be done. He was very professional and took the time to explain the work. Photos included with the estimate were a huge help! Kurt went out his way to help. Chris and Pete completed the work. I appreciated the introductions as they entered and then began their work. I was able to see the work from time to time to better understand what was being done. Both were polite and approachable, and were eager to see how they could help get everything back in place.
