We had several cracks in our poured concrete foundation. Previous repair efforts by another company failed over time and as water started seeping in, we called RCC. Jeffery our consultant was knowledgeable, very professional and explained the options to address the issue. The work was scheduled to be completed in a reasonable time frame, but RCC offered the opportunity to do it sooner when a cancellation came up. Everything was completed in the estimated time and the interior solution addressed the problem. We subsequently moved and contacted Jeffery again about a leak in the basement at our new residence. I'm pleased to say Jeffery has been as professional as always and we will be having RCC complete this repair as well.
