Our basement had some flooding issues that we knew we had to fix right away. I can't speak highly enough of the company and the crew. Our first point of contact was Mauro who came over, inspected the problem, realized what was wrong immediately, and got a crew to arrive at our home within less than a week to fix it as it was rather urgent while other companies we quoted said it would take 2-4 weeks to do the job. When the crew arrived, led by Omar, it was a great experience. They did the job efficiently and everything was neatly put back into place as if they had never been there. Highly recommend RCC Waterproofing!

The crew (Omar & 2 other guys) worked very efficiently & cleaned the job site before they left to my satisfaction as was promised (the side of my house faces the neighbors front entrance so it was important that everything was left in order). The work crew was very friendly & punctual.

Mauro went over all costs and was very informative regarding waterproofing and addressing cracks that needed to be repaired. Noel and his crew were punctual and did great work. They repaired the cracks and cleaned up all of the areas. I highly recommend RCC Waterproofing and will be calling in the future to waterproof the rest of the areas when we are ready to finish our basement.

Had Nicholas come out to check the crack in my foundation. He was so helpful and such a polite man. Kris did the work with 22 years service at RCC he explained everything to me and we are thrilled everything is perfect. From the time I dealt with RCC's agent to their crew, I was completely impressed. They were professional and pleasant to deal with. I spent months researching who to go with, and I'm glad I selected RCC. They explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They were extremely diligent in their waterproofing process. When they left, they cleaned up (literary) every speck of dirt...I would not of know that they were there. If I had to do it again, I would use them 100%!!!

right from the beginning the service was great Rick came out to check everything. told me what needed to be done. the crew came out about a week later Kid was the person that looked after the work they did it very quickly and left the place clean and tidy. and in the office Veronica and Rita looked after me. which made the job go very easy.

RCC waterproofing was great and professional. Noel and his crew came by and fixed the problem with no issue. They provided us with great information - very knowledgeable! Our basement wall had been leaking water into the basement for many years. We were visited by the Operations Manager to assess what the problems were and how to correct them. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He set up appointment and had his crew come to do the work.
The repairs took 2 days and were well done. The onsite crew (Chris, Marko and Dino) were excellent. Very knowledgeable as well, fast and good to deal with. The worksite was covered in plywood to reduce any damage to the lawn and everything was totally cleaned up on completion. There was minimal disruption to the area around our house that was worked on.
We have no hesitation to recommend RCC Waterproofing and felt their work was excellent.

I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking waterproofing. We had six quotes from different companies, and were happiest with the information RCC provided (we did not base our decision on price). George (the representative) explained to us the differences between interior & exterior waterproofing, which RCA does both of, and why interior would be better in our situation (along with a city-approved sump pump and how to claim a rebate for the pump). Noel and his crew arrived three days after the contract was signed. They were punctual, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We're very glad to have found them, and would consider them for any future waterproofing needs.
