From the time I dealt with RCC's agent to their crew, I was completely impressed. They were professional and pleasant to deal with. I spent months researching who to go with, and I'm glad I selected RCC. They explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They were extremely diligent in their waterproofing process. When they left, they cleaned up (literary) every speck of dirt...I would not of know that they were there. If I had to do it again, I would use them 100%!!!
