We are very happy with the Pollard windows we have had installed over the last few years ( living room picture window, bedroom and bathroom windows, and several basement windows ). They have proven to be durable, easy to use, and look great from the outside and inside the house. We are pleased with both the sales and installation services provided by Pollard.

We used Pollard Windows to replace all of the windows in our circa 1930's home based on the recommendation of friends who recently used them. From the sales through to invoicing, we were extremely satisfied with the Pollard experience. They were quite accommodating with respect to the scheduling of the installation, which was completed in a timely manner. The pricing was fair and the salesman (John Kiely) was very cooperative with respect to the Home Renovation tax credit process.

We were especially impressed by the carpentry work of the installers, who did a great job of matching the existing trim in our home. They were also very courteous with us and quick to address a few minor deficiencies we identified at the end of the job.

Overall, we were very happy with Pollard and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Pollard windows and doors replaced our front door and side lights. We paid exactly what they quoted us. They cleaned up the area when the job was complete. They completed the job on time and arrived at the promised time. We would recommend them and use their services again.

Pollard installed the best available windows ... including a bay window and door ... on time and exactly as promised. The installers were fabulous ... very neat, clean and courteous.
We'd have Pollard back in a minute! ... except these windows and the door are 'lifers'.

The windows from Pollard have been nothing but poor quality.
Over half of the units have had a seal failure, and the mold in our window frame has been a constant concern. We have had to have 3 of the window cranks replaced as well.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first ever Pollard experience. These days, a lot of companies operate with a short-term 'grab the cash' philosophy. Not Pollard. They priced my door reasonably, and even absorbed an extra cost that they'd missed on the original quote. Imagine my surprise when my sales rep, Barry Bryant, called to tell me that they were going to stand behind their quote, and not pass the cost of the error to me. Barry was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional every time I dealt with him. The office staff was the same - friendly and responsive every time. My next surprise was that the door was actually delivered on time. And what can I say about the installers? These guys were experts. They were in and out by lunchtime, and cleaned up every speck of dust before they left. End-to-end, this will go down in my books as a top-notch service experience. The people at Pollard understand how to do business in a highly competitive marketplace where everything is a commodity. Firms everywhere should look closely. And other window and door companies should be worried. Thanks Pollard! I'll be back in a few years when I'm ready to replace my windows.

We bought an older home two years ago and needed one window replaced (bathroom window). As well, our basement door was poor quality and it had been cut to fit a non-standard door shape. We purchased a custom-sized steel door that had to be ordered specially. Our interactions with sales rep Danny Myles were great - he came to our home, was organized, presented options to us clearly and sold us exactly what we needed. Our installer was very professional and did an exceptional job in fitting the window and door. There was a lag time of about 6 weeks in waiting for the custom door, but we were advised of this up front. The prices with Pollard seem to be mid-range, and the quality is very good, based on our use of the products since the installation. All in all a very pleasant experience dealing with Pollard, and we will use them again when we need to replace more windows.

I wanted to update and improve the look of my house as well making it more energy efficient. After meeting with the Pollard Window team, I was able to achieve and afford a design greater then my expectations.We are extremely pleased and happy with the product and service we received. Would recommend them highly!

I visited the store on Dundas to discuss options I had regarding changes I wanted to make to my house. The salestaff was very helpful, offering many suggestions that I needed to assess before moving forward with the changes. Of particular note was the suggestion that changing windows could be done with little disruption to my day....a team of professional installers arrived, changed the windows and doors and cleaned up all debris....leaving nothing for me the homeowner to dispose of. This was quite helpful to my decision. I appreciated the time spent with me and expect to be placing an order very soon.
