New front door in Feb. Door was not fitted properly. Lucas came out twice still not done properly. Inspector came out advised was not done properly. Said we need shimming and plum. We had new frame work done on outside of door we did not touch the door. Lucas came over a 3rd time and walked away when he saw the frame work. They will not honour inspectors word to install and shimmer properly. Very angry and dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend to any friends or worst enemy. Still waiting for door to be fixed properly. Ruth the manager was dishonest said parts were ordered but were not.

The matter concerns a service, which falls under the manufacturer’s warrantee requirements. This service was not dealt with as quickly as the customer had wanted for the following reasons. A factory defect was suspected. Following the manufacturer’s attendance to the customer’s premises, the defect was confirmed. It was decided that an adjustment to the door was not in the customer’s best interest nor did it satisfy the level of service we choose to offer our customers. Instead, the manufacturer elected to remake and reinstall the customer’s complete entrance system. Unfortunately, this custom manufacturing takes at least 4 – 6 weeks, but on this occasion, it was the right thing to do. The outcome is that the customer is now happy.
