We have been trying to contact this co to come out and reseal and check these two windows. We have been experiencing alot of condensation on these two windows only and not the other windows. Also this room is very cold. when we mentioned this they said we have a humidity problem. I don't believe this why don't the other windows fog up also. We call and left a msg. One time someone answerded the phone and said we will get back to you. We have been calling for a couple days now and no one answers the phone. They also said we would have to pay for someone to come out and check and if the problem is a humidity problem we would have to pay. I think this is really bad customer service and I really don't recommend this Co.

After several months and phone calls our front door as finally been fixed. We are finally pleased with the outcome. It took several tries and several phone calls to resolve the problem but we are happy now. Thank you

The matter concerns a service, which falls under the manufacturer’s warrantee requirements. This service was not dealt with as quickly as the customer had wanted for the following reasons.

A factory defect was suspected. Following the manufacturer’s attendance to the customer’s premises, the defect was confirmed. It was decided that an adjustment to the door was not in the customer’s best interest nor did it satisfy the level of service we choose to offer our customers.

Instead, the manufacturer elected to remake and reinstall the customer’s complete entrance system.

Unfortunately, this custom manufacturing takes at least 4 – 6 weeks, but on this occasion, it was the right thing to do. The outcome is that the customer is now happy.

New front door in Feb. Door was not fitted properly. Lucas came out twice still not done properly. Inspector came out advised was not done properly. Said we need shimming and plum. We had new frame work done on outside of door we did not touch the door. Lucas came over a 3rd time and walked away when he saw the frame work. They will not honour inspectors word to install and shimmer properly. Very angry and dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend to any friends or worst enemy. Still waiting for door to be fixed properly. Ruth the manager was dishonest said parts were ordered but were not.
