drain clogged

Drain Services review in Etobicoke

My drain got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I'd called couple different plumbing companies but no one was able to help me because it was a weekend. 5 inches of water in the basement made me panic. Than I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. The receptionist was very friendly. She said the drain specialist would come in a half an hour. The plumber found a problem right away and solved it. Thank you very much guys for fast, quality and professional service.

Pipe repair

As new home owners, we had a number of plumbing issues carried over from the previous owners. I arranged an appointment to have new Canadian Drain and Plumbing come to quote and potentially fix on Thursday afternoon - I got a call approximately 45 minutes before the appointment was to start requesting a re-schedule. Not an issue, I was planning to work from home anyway. We rescheduled for Friday morning. I was expecting less than $100/hr like my sister's plumber in Toronto to maybe $120/hr. Thinking that these items would be no more than an hour of work combined, I was floored when he quoted $220 to repair a pipe that had come out of a valve, and $90 each to repair a constantly running toilet. I opted only for the pipe repair, and to his credit, he continued to repair both the obvious issue, and the next joint over which also leaked, and honoured his quoted price.

Overall, the experience was mixed. They were professional, honest, delivered to their commitments, and scheduled times which were convenient for me. On the other hand, it was still $220 for a valve and half an hour's work, and they did cancel an appointment on me after I was already on my way home.

The morning of your appointment, our technician who was assigned to your site in Oakville was dispatched from our head office in downtown Toronto. He arrived on time as scheduled, informed you of our flat-rate pricing for the services that you were requesting and, after reviewing your options, you chose to go ahead with the pipe repair so our technician, who was fully equipped and prepared to do the work, proceeded. Our GPS records show that our technician spent 50 minutes repairing your pipe. In addition to repairing your pipe as requested, he also repaired the next joint over for no additional cost, as you mentioned in your review. If you take into consideration the gas and travel time to and from Oakville (40 minutes one-way), the time spent on site doing the repairs, our customer service and our efficient workmanship, $220+hst seems fair. We are pleased to know that you are satisfied with our professionalism and honesty and we hope that you will continue to rely on New Canadian Drain & Plumbing for any future plumbing needs that you may have.

Faucet replacement

I use the company New canadian Drain and Plumbing for many years. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. When I called them last time, I needed their help with the faucets in my bathrooms. The plumber(Khen) was very polite, nice, and friendly. The problem was fixed immediatly. The service was fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to all my friends.

Replace old pies

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

I had a technicain over to replace my galvanized pipes and install my water meter a couple weeks ago. The city was supposed to install it initially but coudny due to the galvanized piping I had.He was polite and worked diligently to finish, the price wasnt too bad considering he came out on such notice, and the work was nicely done.

Water service and drain line replacement

These guys are absolutely pros. When I called for a quote for the water service replacement, Rami came by the same day and gave a competitive quote. They showed up when they said they would and began to work despite the miserable rain.

When it became apparent that the old drain would be accessible from the same hole, we struck a deal for the replacement of the old trap with a back-to-back cleanout.

They cleaned up and the work area inside the house was spotless. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing work.

New 3/4" Service

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I cannot recommend New Canadian Drain highly enough. I have had a very rough month with many problems and different contractors coming through and New Canadian Drain were such a relief to work with. I needed a new 3/4" service installed which required cutting a hole in my basement and digging a hole in my front yard. NCD&P scheduled it for the day after the site visit, a team of plumbers worked on the job and by 4 pm, all the soil was back in the ground, even the sod was replaced and all hosed down. You would not even know they had been there. The restoration of the cement floor was also very good. But most of all, they were all so professional, reassuring and pleasant to work with. In particular, Steve gave such personal service and showed his commitment to excellence throughout. The price, moreover, was extremely reasonable for the volume of work undertaken. Accept my thanks and my unqualified recommendation.

Replace toilet

New Canadian Drain came out to replace my mother's toilet a few days ago, the technician was very nice and understanding. He replaced the valve and listened to my requests, and he didnt leave a mess behind. I will use this company agin for sure.
