They don't have enough experienced plumbers. By the time the supervisor plumber showed up, I was told she would oversee the work and train the junior staff. At the end, I got an invoice for a job done by one plumber for the price of two. When I filed a dispute with my property management, their customer service response was unprofessional and bordline degrading. If you have no choice but your property management has to use them, make sure you ask enough questions before they show up.
