They have arrived with marked vehicle and proper uniform and Fixed the fridge ice maker

Our ice machine stopped working suddenly and we called for service.
The service provider was very knowledgable and quickly identified the problem.
Which resulted in the problem being fixed quickly.

Ignition issue with our oven. Issue needed to be investigated. Issue identified and part replaced. Took about an hour. Clean and quick service. Range still under warranty

Arrived within the time quoted.
Addressed the issue and even tweaked my subzero door for me

There was miscommunication about the arrival time. The technician thought he had called to confirm that it was okay to arrive earlier, but in fact, he had dialed the wrong number. Luckily, I was home to receive the technician 4 hours earlier than my scheduled time.
Aside from this, I was glad that the technician was able to diagnose the problem in under a minute and fix the burner. I'm happy to have gone with a certified Wolf Range technician and not a general gas stove technician.

My Refrigerator was block with ice and they make it ok. Hope to enjoy it in order in future

A part associated with the 'Water Fill' mechanism had to be replaced on an Asko dishwasher. Kampen was in regular communication with me to schedule the appointment. Clean, courteous. Good job.

The service man was very professional and competent with his work knowledge and the services he preformed.

Our Sub-Zero Freezer stopped working and after speaking directly with a Sub-Zero representative, we were directed to Kampen Appliance Service.
The lady who handled our call (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) clarified our warranty status and when there was a discrepancy in which costs were covered, she was kind enough to verify with Sub-Zero.

Andrew was our tech and he called ahead of arriving and was on time. He was very professional and answered any questions I had about the issue and he diagnosed and addressed it quickly and neatly.

Thanks to the Kampen team our Freezer is back up and running.
