We are completely thrilled with our new backyard oasis installed by Jameson. Right from the get-go Paul and Matt gave us great advice and helped us make informed decisions through every phase of the process. The team was efficient, helpful, friendly and respectful. If we had a question about landscaping and we asked the construction team, we never heard, "that's not our area." Any questions and concerns were directed to the right people and someone was in touch with us right away with no extra effort on our part. I highly recommend Jameson Pool and Spa.

Having just bought a new house, we walked into the Mississauga showroom in January and spoke with the owner Paul. By the May 18th weekend we were swimming in a gorgeous pool with a spill over spa and waterfall. Amazing service! The pool was planned according to our original budget and refined along the way, coming in about 10% over - due to our decisions which were agreed along the way. The various crews were well coordinated and maintained good communication with us. They were polite and checked various points along the way. I was most impressed by the fact that they cleaned up at the end of the day when they must have been tired (eg. washing down the road and sidewalks - our neighbours all appreciated this). We were able to escalate minor issues along the way effectively by coordinating with the designer, Matt. We had a few teething issues with the equipment when we initially got the pool going but these were fixed promptly.

8 Yrs later and I am still a happy customer. Jameson install our pool 8 yrs ago and we are still going strong. I highly recommend them for your pool.

We have been using Jameson Pool and Spa for the last 8 years and have been extremely happy with their service. We use them to open and close our pool each year and last year had some major repairs to do that they did for as well. Their technicians are always respectful and knowledgable and efficient. I have been dealing with Vi Miller for many years and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always accommodating and always answers her calls immediately or returns calls promptly. She is knowledgable and always willing to help any way she can. Last year we had some urgent repairs to be done in a short period of time because of a function and they responded immediately.m their prices are competitive and for the service you get it is well worth it. We hired Jameson to install our pool and hot tub, and also use them for regular maintenance. We had a great experience with the installation - the quality was sound, and commitments were consistently met with respect to both time and cost. Jameson wasn't the cheapest option in the market, however when the quality of the product / experience is factored in, I would characterize them as a very reasonable option from a pricing perspective. We've recently had problems with our hot tub due to animals damaging a pipe, and they have been extremely good about addressing the matter in a timely fashion, and ensuring that the associated manufacturers honor their warranties for us (a special thank you goes out to Vi for her exceptional efforts in this regard!). Whether you're in the market for a new pool, or are looking for maintenance of an existing one, I'd recommend short-listing Jameson.

We have been using Jameson Pools since we moved to Mississauga last year. We called them to open and maintain our pool and also to change the pool over to a salt water pool. The service department has given us nothing but wonderful service and help. We did have several issues to look after and it has all been dealt with by Jameson staff quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend them to do any aspect of pool care. Our first summer with our pool was a lovely relaxing one and we look forward to another great year of enjoyment in our pool because of the excellent care Jameson provides.

The commitment to quality workmanship was evident right from the moment I walked into the Mississauga location of Jameson Pool and Spa. I had a vision in my mind for a backyard retreat but their suggestions far exceeded my expectations while still allowing me to staying within my budget. My backyard retreat consisted of a multilevel terraced yard with an in-ground pool and patio area on the upper level that lead to a lower manicured area flanked an arbor stone retaining wall and natural stone steps. Throughout the entire process my questions were addressed in a timely and professional manner and the worksite was kept clean. Paul, Jacqueline and Jane addressed and questions and concerns from their end at the office while the crew foreman Chris and my project coordinator Stacey oversaw the quality and workmanship on sight. Paul Jameson, the company owner was involved at all levels and visited the site on a regular basis. The quality of service continues with aftercare sales and services. I know I can call Vi in the retail sales department anytime. She is always happy to assist me with my water checks and any other pool related questions. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who has a vision for a backyard retreat or even if you need some advice or assistance with pool related products.

The quality of service, advise and helpful hints is truly appreciated from the staff at Jameson Pool & Spa - especially Vi who told me not to worry about the pool after last year's ice storm & brutally cold winter. This year I have no worries despite this winter being worse than last year. Dealing with Vi for openings & closings has always been fun, pleasant & hassle-free. Looking forward to the 2015 pool season!

A couple years ago I had Jameson build a pool for me.....the guys actually constructing are OK, but the rest is absolutely terrible. Paul Jameson told me the only thing I needed to do was make decisions and write checks. If you care if its done properly at all, YOU will have to invest a tremendous amount of your personal time, and monitor every step - they don't care - it's assembly line for them.

The designers are kids out of school, and the designs are produced to obtain approvals from the town - and then what happens on site is whatever the paint marks say and any compliance with the design is purely coincidental....YOU will have to check to make sure its correct. YOU will have to coordinate subtrades. YOU will have to do far, far more than you think.

After investing a ton of my own time, then end product is OK. But if I had to do it over, Jameson would be at the bottom of the list of pool companies.

Over the phone I called Jameson Pools to close my very small pool in Port Credit. I told them I had no equipement to do so and I wanted them to provide the necessary equipment (tarps, etc).

They scheduled me in 1 month after my call, arrived 4 days after it was scheduled. The team was junior and ROUGH, like so rough I locked my doors. The worker indicated that he did not have all the equipment and needed to come back. He came back 4 weeks later. The pool was dirty again.

They covered it, with no tradesmenship, and left as fast as they possiblly could. Two weeks later I called and asked for them to come fix the cover as it had fallen into the pool, with no response.

I email four days ago, called today (Dec 12, 2014) and the response that I recieved was that the entire pool closure is not guarenteed and that it is likely my fault there are issues. Therefore, I am on my own.

Integrity is non-existant with this company. Buyer beware.
