Our experience with Jameson was excellent from beginning to end. In fact, our best contractor experience yet. Everyone was attentive, responsive, punctual and delivered great quality as promised. It took longer to get a quote from Jameson (likely because they were so popular) but they were definitely worth the wait. They had great attention to detail, communicated regularly throughout the process, and made sure we were happy at all times. There were many times they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Brie, Jane, Matt, Bryan and Paul Jameson for creating our dream backyard!

Of all the pool contractors that we met with, Paul Jameson was the only one who not only seemed truly interested in helping us craft a vision for the project, he was (by far) the only one who seemed to possess the knowledge and experience to advise us on the complete project, pool and all of the needed landscaping (we had a few elevation challenges). In the end we choose Jameson and they installed the pool beautifully, quickly but with a keen eye for quality. The landscaping work turned out amazingly and our backyard was completely transformed. We love it... As with any major reno, there were a few hiccups, one or two Jameson's fault and one or two just bad luck (nobodies fault). What made it all okay is that Jameson took full ownership of their mistakes and fixed them quickly and appropriately. As for the bad luck, they took ownership of them as well and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied .. which we were. In the end, we got a high quality product, installed beautifully by very nice guys at a very competitive price. It was about as good an experience as we could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend them.

Product was fine but the owner constantly attempted to up-sell and quickly lost interest - I understand that the margins might not be there but the customer service and relationship should not suffer as a result... It certainly did in our case. Communications between team members was very poor except when it came to billing.

To new pool lovers, I had researched and read many reviews before deciding on Jameson Pool. I hope my personal experience can help you make the best choice for your pool.

We put in a new pool in 2015. I met with Paul/owner for the quote and chose his company because I believe in doing business with someone who cares about their customers. For me, it was about maintaining excellent customer service before, during and after the pool construction. Keep in mind, other competitors can build you a pool, but its the service that sets them apart from the rest. Happy customers will tell their friends...and write reviews :)

Matt/designer did a great job for us. We put in a 16 x 34 pool. Although, there were some hiccups along the way, Paul and Matt helped resolve any issues that came up to my satisfaction. For example, I was very upset when they forgot to build my waterfall feature during the construction process, so it was built after the concrete was poured. Matt apologized and explained to me how the pipes and wall could be built outside the concrete area. Paul generously offered me a stone upgrade for the oversight. I still love the waterfall feature. The pipes are tucked behind the wall and into my stone garden and nobody can tell it was built after the fact.

Also, during the first week of the pool opening this year, my pump stopped working and it turned out to be an electrical problem. Eddy from Ambiance Electric came out the same day to diagnose the problem. It turns out that I needed new wires but it would take a week before he can get the parts and have them replaced. He put in a temporary line so that we can get the pump going. Eddy said it's not good if the pool water sits without any movement. Especially since we just got the pool opened and the cover is off. The work was covered under warranty and I was very pleased with the after service care from the electrician. FYI. I remember paying a bit more for the electrician on my quote, but now I totally understand what that extra I was paying for. It was for 'immediate' service. If I called for another electrician, I am sure it would of taken him 2 weeks before he can come out to diagnose the problem.

A few months ago, one of my pool lights did not work . I called Vi at service and she helped coordinate with someone to take a look. It turns out that I needed a replacement light. No problem, they ordered the part and replaced it when I was away. Also, covered under warranty.

Vi in service is awesome and always a pleasure to speak with. She helps me with the pool openings and closings as well as any warranty work. To be honest, if it wasn't for the exceptional customer service care, I wouldn't be writing this review.

As you can see, I did have some problems along the way, but Jameson Pool people took care of me and I was totally satisfied with the outcomes of how they resolved those situations.

I had a new liner installed by Arik and his team at Jameson and the backyard is the best I have seen it in years. The liner fits like a glove and the summer is one we won't forget.

They are not interested in renos (told us point blank it's not lucrative). Bad service and communication, have to run after tgem, incurred additional costs without our knowledge, we also had workmanship issues, etc. Keep shopping for another contractor.

It took two weeks to arrange a visit, and the technician failed to show up. After contacting Jameson, we learned the technician failed to finish a job from the previous evening and needed to take care of that unfinished work. Apparently, it was not important to let us know. To say this is poor customer service in an understatement. We will not be using Jameson in the future.

I have been a customer of this establishment for over 20 years. From MaryLou to Jeanine and all the people in the retail and service departments you will find friendly and professional service. If you have any questions or problems they will resolve them for you and help you to understand why that particular solution was chosen. I am very fortunate to have Jameson Pool in my neighbourhood for all my pool needs.

Paul Jameson is an expert with every detail in pool planning and has an exceptional knowledge that he is eager to share with homeowners. He knew his stuff inside and out and sat us down at our kitchen table and we mapped out our pool. The office staff, design experts, pool "teacher", and crew were absolutely exceptional. We could not be happier. The entire experience was awesome.

Jameson is a great company to work with. From consultative design to project organization, I felt comfortable the whole time. Bryan is fantastic and very supportive. He guided me each step of the way. From dig to finish within 2 weeks is amazing. I am so happy that we chose jameson pools. Once you choose jameson you do not to lift another finger.
