Hometurf Lawn Care Service

Service reps came on time and answered questions when asked of them. Very quick and left site clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lawn care service. Thanks for your service in 2017 see you in 2018

I have used Hometurf for the last 2 years and I am happy with their service. They have a set number of weed killer applications but they will come do more as required at no extra charge. You just need to call and let them know the weeds have come back.

We have had Hometurf take care of our lawn for many years. The staff, both office and out in the field, is always friendly, courteous and do a super job.

I have now used Hometurf Lawn Care service for 2 years and just signed up for year 3. I always know exactly what they have applied to my lawn and my lawn looks great!

My lot is irregular but approx. 60' X 120'. I signed up for what they call the "Complete Program". They completed everything included in the contact. After taking into consideration the cost of fertilizer, aeration & weed contol products I feel like they did the work for free. Best Deal in town. About half what others quoted.

Missed late fall fertilizer application despite october 16 2017 request and response that this would be applied. Calls with manager/customer service resulted in blame that fall fertilizer request was not made by customer, and then story changed to it was missed and we will investigate. No credit was offered to compensate for late fall fertilizer miss.
Lawn care service summer/spring service was applied, but only after emailing to request service.
New gate latch was broken and repaired by field supervisor.

summer/spring grass seed was not applied and was reapplied by field supervisor.

Love the service.this company take care of my lawn every year.

After reviewed here and compare price for my front and back lawn care, I paid for Complete Lawn Care package and paid upfront. From beginning it was game and false promises. First flyer and website says if paid in full by certain date then you will get 10% discount but when I call then I was told that that 12 month price is already discounted.

Now for service, not a single time it was done correctly. I had to make call for service every single time....yes, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Guy spread fertilizer or week pesticides in front but never bother to go on back yard. Then I had to call and rebook for second time. By the time, technician come back for re-service, it would be due for next service call.

For fertilizer, technician spread more on my driveway than grass. I could hardly see any fertilizer on grass and did not see any positive results due to fertilizer. Again, tech. did not bother to spread through the front and back. He hardly spent 2 min for 150ft X 50ft LOT.

For Weedkiller, I never ever seen any significant result due to Hometurf care. Technician did not spend more than 2 min for whole lot. He pour at few spots but did not bother to check the yard to pick most weeds. I called over and over and office re-booked me few times but never seen grass weed free. When asked for clover and crabgrass....technician told that our pesticides will not kill them. THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT OF HIRE THEM?

Aeration and other optional services are joke.

Bottom line,,,,,,NEVER NEVER pay any service to this company (hometurf). They are completely useless. I have doubt as how their rating is so high?. When I talk to couple other people after started my service, all told me the same.

After few services, when I asked to stop further services and refund of unused services, I been told that there is no refund policy. All you can do is credit stays in your account (but no refund)....what will I do with credit in my account when I completely dissatisfied with their service and never ever gonna use it......

Rather than spending time to check their work and effort in calling back...better to do yourself. Less effort and better result...and not raising blood pressure to hear their false promises.

Have had home turf as our lawn company for years. Have not had an issue. We have had a dog and a pool never an issue with over spray or health of dog.

I just renew the service 2018 last week because Hometurf had done very well job this year for my lawn. They had used organic weed control to make our lawn free of weed. I also referred them to my neighbor and friend.

I like their service because they let you when they will come and what treatment they will do. So, I had time to prepare the signs for my sprinkler system before they do the aeration.

I am very happy with my lawn this year, thank you Hometurf for your service.
