George Kent was referred to us by a friend who had new Insulation and windows installed last year.
We were looking to spray foam our basement walls.
The experience was great from start to finish. Pricing was competitive and the service was exceptional.
The crew were professional and took extra care to make sure our house was spotless at the end. They even went into
our attic and fixed a few problems for free.
Would highly recommend.
 

I've used George Kent on three occasions, twice for windows, and once for topping up my insulation in my attic. All three times, I've gotten a good job done by knowledgeable people with good materials for a fair price. I recommend them on that basis.

Absolutely outstanding sales/customer service and installation quality and cleanliness. George Kent staff went out of their way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Whenever we had a question about design, size or functionality, Ralph visited us personally to make sure we were happy with the decisions we were making and that we understood exactly how things would look/function. Jesus and his installation team did a fantastic job installing the windows and sliding glass door. They were happy, friendly and kind, and did a great job. The installation crew ensured everything was as clean after their work as before it. I've never seen such clean/tidy work at a renovation/work site! An incredibly kind, professional and trustworthy company with excellent staff. Highly recommended.

I had ordered my new patio door to take advantage of a pricing special, which I had to wait over 2 months for (probably perhaps many took advantage of the offer).

I had the door scheduled to be installed a few times, but the install date had to be moved many times due to weather and also issue with the installer's scheduling. In the end, the installer did a wonderful job and installed the door professionally and looked very good. He was detailed and informed me of what he was going to do throughout the installation and made sure I was comfortable with it.

My install had a complication due to the existing door frame, and he compromised and took care of the issue very well. He (Danny) even went to a local hardware store to make sure that the job could be done the same day.

Overall, the installer was great!! The door looks nice and I'm happy with the installation experience. The only drawback as mentioned is the waiting time and I think they could have communicated to me better by providing me updates as opposed to wondering where my order was. For that I'm giving it 4 stars instead of the max.

Entire project, from estimate to billing, was handled in a very professional and timely manner. Timing of different aspects of the project was well coordinated through the office. Replaced all windows and patio door. Installed insulation in basement, attic, and crawl space under extension. Insulation, drywall, and window crews were punctual, courteous, and professional. All work was done to our satisfaction and construction debris removed as per contract specifications. Reasonable price for extent of work. Office handled specific invoicing request with accuracy. Refreshing to undergo renovations in such a smooth manner.

Absolutely amazing customer service, from the initial quote stage, to the installation of the roof to service after the job was completed.
Price was extremely competitive. Would recommend to all to use them.

We had our front window replaced by George Kent after it was broken. In addition to replacing the window the removed the broken glass from our garden.

This is exactly the kind of experience my family has come to expect in dealing with them for 30+ years.
