It's been 8 months and all they did was pocket my deposit of $2825.00. The measurer was completely incompetant. I had to help him do the job or the meausrements would be wrong. His girlfriend came along with him to help him measure. I have demanded my deposit back for the past 3 months and all they have done is laugh at me. I now must take them to court to get my deposit back. The stress and hassle is unbelievable. I feel like I have been set up and robbed. Please find our response to the above review. Since it's posting on October 10, 2010, we have made every attempt to identify the customer so that we can respond to their concerns. We require additional information to be able to clearly identify this specific customer. We would like to very much speak to "Peter in Etobicoke" because we have a Service Care Department and an Installations Care department, and regular surveys are conducted to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To date, we find no record of a report which can be related back to the customer, "Peter" therefore, we are asking for Home Stars' cooperation and have yet to hear from the writer.
