A-1 did a fast and professional job on repairing serious cracks at the top of my 2 large chimneys. The job was complicated but they finished easily in 2 days. They used superior matierials than the originals. I also use them to sweep yearly. Top notch work.

Chuck Doiron and his team at Abaco Glass did a fantastic job on replacing 22 of my windows and several patio doors. It was only 3 weeks from the measuring day to completion. They were very professional and detail oriented. True craftsmen who know their trade. Great cleanup too. They saved me over $30,000 because other companies wanted to replace all my beautiful frames just because of a crack or failed seal in the glass. Abaco did what 3 other companies said was impossible. It's been 8 months and all they did was pocket my deposit of $2825.00. The measurer was completely incompetant. I had to help him do the job or the meausrements would be wrong. His girlfriend came along with him to help him measure. I have demanded my deposit back for the past 3 months and all they have done is laugh at me. I now must take them to court to get my deposit back. The stress and hassle is unbelievable. I feel like I have been set up and robbed. It is absurd how they have blatantly conned me when I tell people I know they are shocked. Please call me if you don't believe me. Peter Besler 416-594-2257

Please find our response to the above review. Since it's posting on October 10, 2010, we have made every attempt to identify the customer so that we can respond to their concerns. We require additional information to be able to clearly identify this specific customer. We would like to very much speak to "Peter in Etobicoke" because we have a Service Care Department and an Installations Care department, and regular surveys are conducted to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
