I was very happy with them both times I ordered from them. I, personally was sorry to see they were out of business. I also did recommend them to my mother and she ordered from them also without any problems.

We had ordered from Netshutters twice before without problem, $900 worth of plantation shutters over the past year. Great product. Ordered another $600 of plantation shutters in November. They called me in late December and said the order would arrive first week of January. They intentionally told this story knowing they were going out of business. I just found this out when I tried to call about my order. Number is disconnected and website is gone. We are disputing the credit card charges but are unsure if we will get our money back. Thank you so much Joy and Jerry in PA for posting the manufacturer's number. They were extremely helpful. I also learned when I called that they did not manufacture the shutters I ordered. If you ordered the "La Playa" they are manufactured by Mirasol/ITA Inc., (mirasolshutters.com). They were extremely helpful as well and actually had my order on record. They are producing the order that Netshutters didn't fill.

We were lucky; we ordered our shutters in Oct. and they arrived Dec. 1st. When we called about some installation questions, we were informed that Netshutters was out of business. This is quite recent. Gulfcoast International Products, Inc. are the manufacturers of our shutters and they were able to bring up our order, so maybe they can help you. Their # is 866-247-1902. I purchased shutters from netshutters in September. When I contacted customer service in October, I was told they would arrive in November. In November I contacted them again and was told they would call me back with an update. Now their website is gone and their phone numbers are out of service. This is upsetting because the shutters had to be paid for up front.

I ordered shutters from NetShutters.com in August, 2008. I have not received my order and it appears the company is no longer in business. All the telephone numbers are not in service and the site has been removed from the web. I am extremely disappointed as I paid for the merchandise in full.
