We had ordered from Netshutters twice before without problem, $900 worth of plantation shutters over the past year. Great product. Ordered another $600 of plantation shutters in November. They called me in late December and said the order would arrive first week of January. They intentionally told this story knowing they were going out of business. I just found this out when I tried to call about my order. Number is disconnected and website is gone. We are disputing the credit card charges but are unsure if we will get our money back. Thank you so much Joy and Jerry in PA for posting the manufacturer's number. They were extremely helpful. I also learned when I called that they did not manufacture the shutters I ordered. If you ordered the "La Playa" they are manufactured by Mirasol/ITA Inc., (mirasolshutters.com). They were extremely helpful as well and actually had my order on record. They are producing the order that Netshutters didn't fill.
