Vance in Utah

I purchased shutters from netshutters in September. When I contacted customer service in October, I was told they would arrive in November. In November I contacted them again and was told they would call me back with an update. Now their website is gone and their phone numbers are out of service. This is upsetting because the shutters had to be paid for up front.
