They made me wait almost 2 months and called saying I need to pay more for shipping or I'm not getting it. Why did they not have a proper shipping price to start with and why did it took so long to realize that? They refused to honour their quote after about 2 months of waiting???

To me this seems like intentional where they keep your money for 2 months just to help themselves with cashflow. Non-local customers do yourself a favour and stay away from them! You can find similarly priced items somewhere with quick and cheaper shipping

Unfortunately I bought my sofa from them. After paying for my sofa they stopped answering the calls and even when I use different phone number and finally getting hold of them they tell you that they will call you back and never do. WORST Customer service ever. In addition, they told me that they are coming on certain date and instead of calling and appologizing for notifying me they didn't. Finally upon fighting with them they set me a date and time. however they came 3h late to the time they were anticipated to come. THE SOFA keeps draining whenever sitting on it. Been trying to reach out to them and no response.

Orders my product on a Saturday, delivered to me 3 days later. Very impressed with how quick my items were delivered (during covid) and the delivery people were polite and courteous

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing online from here! I ordered my reclining couch and loveseat with wedge in the beginning of November with a delivery estimate of December 16th after chatting with one of the customer service agents. I specifically asked if the wedge was included to which I was told yes, I asked because I was unable to find the same set here in Manitoba with the wedge included. I call the week of December 16th to ask if it still being delivered and then told they were still waiting on the delivery from the warehouse. Couple days later get an email stating the couch came in but not the loveseat did I want them to just send the couch. I replied that yes I would like the couch delivered, they then sent me an email stating they would deliver when the loveseat came in! Really??? I had no furniture for Christmas!!! They didn't have the common decency to send out the couch and then suck up the cost for delivery of the loveseat!!!! They had my money already why try to make me happy right? They didn't answer any of my emails after that!!! I was told finally January 7th it shipped out which was complete bull! Get ahold of transport company that tell me they haven't even picked it up yet on January 11th!! Then last Friday I finally receive it and no wedge!! I immediately call the store and they tell me I only ordered the two pieces! So I said that I was assured that the wedge came with it and can even show them my order information, so I emailed them my order information along with the website ad I purchased it from that says the wedge is included. Guess what, no response!!! They obviously don't care about their customers just their bottom line, to false advertise then no decency to try to make things right!!! I could have bought the same set here and would have had it on time and no issues like this!!! I guess I will need to call every day until I get a solution and report them to the BBB!! Not at all happy!

Ordered a bedroom suite online. Had to call 6+ times to hear the same crap your order has shipped” when it hadn’t and “your nightstands will be in next week and shipped to you” on multiple occasions. Placed the order in November. Got the dresser with the mirror (both were damaged) and the bed frame. Phoned for another update from last week and was told the night stands won’t be in until middle of February. By the time we get everything we will be lucky if it’s only been 6 months. Phone messages and emails are never returned, don’t waste your time doing either. Go anywhere else but here.

Most comfortable I have been furniture shopping in a VERY long time. the seller manager was nice. Delivery and product quality is just as great as service I received. Recommend.

The shipping was quick in order to promised delivery dates. My sofas were perfect as described on website and super comfy.

After speaking with a rep at the store I was able to cancel the order and get a full refund. He explained that their supplier in the States was causing the delays.

I’ve had my couch for the last month and I’m pleased with it. The issue I had was with the customer service from the store that extremely lacked. After purchasing my furniture, I was upset I didn’t read all the lower star reviews. It seems common for this place to not answer or return calls and give you the run around AFTER they’ve taken your money for your purchase. Despite having mutual friends with the manager, it didn’t make my experience any less frustrating. After hearing nothing back on when my couch would be deliver, I tried multiple times to contact the store. By email, phone, leaving messages for the manager with employees and still hearing nothing back. Overall great prices but unfortunately for the headache and not being treated like a valued customer I wouldn’t and haven’t recommend any future purchases from this company.
