Front Windows

I had some problems with Clera, but they came back and fixed the issues - the pane was somehow tinted and there was a small scratch on one of the casements. However, they did replace these and the glass is gorgeous.

Front Windows

An update on my window replacement troubles, which I posted two days ago. Clera contacted me two days ago to acknowledge the second window had not been ordered, that it was their mistake. They offered to have it made and installed within 3-4 weeks. Yesterday, Clera contacted me again to say that they had put in a rush order and that both windows would be installed next week. I am waiting to see if this is the case.

I bought the windows at an exceptionally good price. They arrived within the promised time frame. However, the windows that were installed are not what I wanted: the windows are darker where the light hits. Essentially, they are tinted.
The representative, Gerald, who came by acknowledged that the colour was off and also agreed that one of the smaller, casement windows was scratched. He only offered to replace the large main pane and the scratched window. I agreed because I just wanted them in. He told me they would be in by the end of August. August came and went without being contacted by Clera. When I called Clera at the end of August, a lovely woman took my call, apologized, confirmed my order, took my instructions about how to get into the house and set September 9th as the date to have the replacement windows put in. September 9th arrived. The windows were not installed. I called Clera to complain and their installer, Jeff called me back. He stated that there was no one home, so he didn't come in. He also stated that he did not receive instructions about entering the house as the owner would not be home. Also, he only had one window, not both.
Today I called and was informed by Clera that only one window, the main pane, was ordered. They have no record of the second pane. They also said they would not be open this afternoon to discuss the issue. Today is Tuesday, September 16th, 2014. They were first installed June 19th, 2014. I am extremely upset.
