I had some problems with Clera, but they came back and fixed the issues - the pane was somehow tinted and there was a small scratch on one of the casements. However, they did replace these and the glass is gorgeous.

- Do what they say the were going to do. Stand by their product. Acknowledge errors on their part and fix them.

- Call a different company - seriously.
