We purchased some flooring from this company and then found that he had over charged us by over $3.50 a s/f. He tried to talk us out of purchasing a type of hardwood flooring that he didn't like - He did not respect us nor our decision as customers.

The owner/installer is a salesman in the worst meaning of the word. He promised high quality but delivered very poor quality work. When asked to make it right, he would not. He would not return calls...he will not stand by his work...he will take your money.

new carpet installation

This company did not stand behind nor would they rectify their poor quality of installation even after the carpet supplier and others identified problems with their installation. The carpet supplier, came out and replaced the carpet with a professional installation.I would highly recommend the supplier and suggest giving First Choice a pass on having them do any carpet installation.
