This company did not stand behind nor would they rectify their poor quality of installation even after the carpet supplier and others identified problems with their installation. The carpet supplier, came out and replaced the carpet with a professional installation.I would highly recommend the supplier and suggest giving First Choice a pass on having them do any carpet installation.
This company arrived right on time and their service representatives were very courteous and seemed very efficient and helpful.The service inspector was very knowledgeable and helpful supplying me with the answers to all my questions
This company went out of there way to rectify a complaint about a manufacturing flaw in one of their products. They came out and agreed to replace one of there carpets at no cost when the carpet installer, would do nothing. Their installers were excellent and the quality of work first class. I would highly recommend Colin Campbell and Sons
