Fernbrook Homes

Promised to have it finished with 7 days, took more then 2 weeks and did not issue any refund stating that it was an approximate guess that they could finish in 7 days

I purchased my new home from this company believing I will get a good home. The home they constructed is little bit above average construction, but there were many issues, specially wrong kitchen cabinet designs, backyard grading, etc. Furthermore, to fix these issues, I had to request r customer service repeatedly which I dd not like. Overall, they are okay but I was expecting more from them.

My wife and I purchased a new home. The staff on site was very knowledgeable and helpful. The homes we had to choose from and price was
affordable. I have recommended this builder to my friends.

We had a new home built by them several years ago and we found that the customer service was severely lacking post-sales. The quality of the home was not what I would have expected. As long as it was "up to code" they were unwilling to fix any items, even if it was a huge cosmetic flaw (like a wall not being straight). Attempting to retrive my deposit for items not done (ie. rough in for a future washroom in the basement) and grading was like pulling teeth. Regardless of the quality of their materials, the staff at the Fernbrook head office have soured my experience with them.

Very dedicated and helpful. Allowed for a lot of changes and authorized for things to be modified by myself. Homes never built on time. Extremely flexable. Always thinking what's the best for the customer. I will buy another home from fernbrook 100%.
