The report so detailed it's like a little book I read before I go to bed to learn about my house you inspected. I have never met such an honest individual like yourself. You caught every little problem other inspectors didn't. You saved me a $19600 by catching all the problems, the seller is now fixing at their expense. You charge so little for such great services. Your Infra-red camera, sees through walls so the analyses are super accurate. After having you over I am 100% confident that I will live problem free until I die. Great Job Vito. The craftmenship is excelent. They have great designer and provide you with great ideas. The post service takes way too long. I have their kitchen now for 5 months and still waiting for a few parts to be replaced. VERY FRIENDLY. I would recommend AYA kitchen absolutely to everyone, but be patient, you will have to wait for a long time if you will have a problem. Very expensive. Kitchen was slightly different from blue print. Check the blue print very carefully.

Very dedicated and helpful. Allowed for a lot of changes and authorized for things to be modified by myself. Homes never built on time. Extremely flexable. Always thinking what's the best for the customer. I will buy another home from fernbrook 100%. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!
